Initial herbal consultation
Your initial consultation (first time seeing me or 6+ months since last visit) is a deep dive into your whole health story—physical, emotional, energetic, and lifestyle. This session typically lasts 60 minutes, offering you space to be heard, seen, and supported.
We'll explore:
- Your current concerns or goals for wellness
- Health history, including any diagnoses, medications, or supplements
- Digestion, sleep, energy levels, stress, emotional well-being and more!
- Diet, lifestyle, and any relevant environmental or ancestral influences
- Energetic patterns and intuition-driven observations
This collaborative session allows me to get a full picture of your constitution and unique needs. Afterward, I’ll craft a personalized herbal support plan, which may include:
- Custom herbal formulas or single herbs
- Flower essence support
- Lifestyle suggestions
- Energetic practices or grounding rituals tailored for you
Please note: all recommendations are optional and based on your comfort level. I source herbal tinctures/powders/flower essences through trusted apothecaries which you can purchase directly through me or them and have it shipped to your door!

Follow up herbal consultation
Follow-up sessions (30 minutes) are a chance to check in, reassess, and continue the journey. We’ll evaluate how your body—or your horse—is responding to the herbal and energetic support, and make adjustments as needed.
Follow-ups may include:
- Tweaking your herbal formula or blend
- Introducing new herbs or flower essences
- Supporting new symptoms or changes
- Continued energetic insight and care
These sessions are a key part of building a sustainable, supportive relationship between you, your wellness path, and the plants.
Follow-up sessions (30–60 minutes) are a chance to check in, reassess, and continue the journey. We’ll evaluate how your body is responding to the herbal and energetic support, and make adjustments as needed.

Flower Essence - Remote
This is Remote - Human or Horse
Flower essences are gentle, energetic remedies that support the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing. This 45 minute consultation is an invitation to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—emotionally, energetically, and intuitively.
Whether you or your horse is navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, or just feeling out of balance, flower essences offer subtle, powerful support for realignment and emotional clarity.
During your session, we’ll explore:
- Current emotional patterns or energetic themes
- Life experiences or transitions you’re moving through
- Core beliefs or blocks you’d like to shift
- Your unique essence, strengths, and challenges
After our meeting I will create a custom flower essence blend based on you or your horses needs and resonance. Your personalized formula will be mailed to you, along with a full outline of each flower in your custom formula as well as guidance on how to use it and what to expect.
This is in person - Human or Horse
These in-person sessions are a gentle, intuitive experience designed to support you and/or your horse’s emotional and energetic balance. Using a blend of flower essences, energetic awareness, and hands-on techniques, I work directly with you and your horse to help with anything you bring to the session.
Each session is guided by your horse’s responses while working with them or how you are feeling when working one-on-one.
This work is especially helpful for but not limited to:
• Emotional trauma or behavioral challenges
• Transitions (new homes, herd changes, grief)
• Nervous system regulation and grounding
• Deepening your horse’s connection to their own healing process
Every client is met with patience, sensitivity, and respect.
For horses - this may include some light bodywork—subtle, hands-on energetic support using flower essences as the primary modality.

After our meeting I will create a custom flower essence blend based on you or your horses needs and resonance. Your personalized formula will be given to you at the end of the session - in some instances I will need to think on the formula and in this case they will be mailed to you or dropped off, along with a full outline of each flower in your custom formula as well as guidance on how to use it and what to expect.
