Hi there!
My name is Sky and I am so glad you are here.
I am a community herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and lifelong student of nature, healing, and the deep relationship between humans and animals.
My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is not a quick fix—it’s a relationship between mind, body, and spirit - all of which needs a little help sometimes.
I work intuitively and collaboratively to help clients reconnect to their own body wisdom and the not so quiet power of plants.
Whether through a custom flower essence blend, an herbal consultation, or hands-on energetic work with your horse, I meet each client with care, curiosity, and respect.
I completed a two-year clinical herbalism program at the California School of Herbal Studies, one of the longest-running herbal schools in the country, where I studied Western herbal medicine, formulation, plant energetics, assessment, and so much more.
After I graduated I went on to study with some of the most well known equine acupressure and flower essence practitioners. I am also working towards becoming an EEBW bodyworker!
My education is always continuing through ongoing training in herbal medicine, flower essence therapy, equine acupressure, and equine bodywork, allowing me to offer integrative support for both humans and horses. This combination of clinical study and hands-on, energetically informed work shapes my whole-being approach to care.

My path to herbalism began with a deep love for the natural world and a desire to heal in a way that honors the whole being—mind, body, and spirit. That calling led me to complete a two-year clinical herbalism program at the California School of Herbal Studies, where I deepened my relationship with plant medicine, traditional knowledge, and holistic care.
The name Gray Sun Integrative Wellness is a tribute to my horse, Grayson—my grounding force and one of my greatest teachers. Through our bond, I discovered the quiet power of energetic communication, emotional resonance, and the depth of healing possible when we hold space for both animals and humans to be seen.
Today, I offer herbal consultations, custom flower essence blends, and energetic support for both humans and horses—rooted in Sonoma County and guided by a belief that healing should be accessible, heart-led, and deeply personal.
This practice is more than a profession—it’s a reflection of my values, my journey, and my commitment to supporting others with the wisdom of the plants, the body, and the spirit.
